Brief

The objective was to design a modern store that embodies the essence of the Tailor Me brand. This included a press day to launch the store, new product lines, and the Tailor Me service, as well as partnerships with fashion influencers to generate excitement around the event.

Solution

A premium, thoughtfully designed shopping experience that felt more like a special event, setting the in-store experience apart from online shopping. The press day and influencer collaborations played a key role, leveraging their social media reach to amplify the store’s launch and build a lasting buzz.

Challenges

Midway through, the budget had to be increased, requiring additional consultations and detailed justifications for new costs. This was due to increased material costs due to market factors. Numerous meetings were held to change the business approach to adopt a “less is more” approach, reducing product lines to create more open space for customers, which also provided more space for large wall graphics to feature the latest brand visuals.

Outcomes

The result was a luxurious, high-street destination for Tailor Me that drew high foot traffic. Ongoing influencer partnerships helped sustain engagement and brand visibility across social channels, supporting a high footfall for the new store.
